The success of ReGeneration Academy leads to the greater cooperation of the program! ReGeneration meets Piraeus Bank's fresh vision to support the new generation, and acting as a force multiplier for the development of young people, we collaborate in the creation of Project Future, Piraeus Bank's major strategic Corporate Responsibility program.
Guided by tourism, the undisputed driving force of the Greek economy and prosperity, ReGeneration collaborates with INSETE for the implementation of the ReGeneration Hospitality Front Office Academy powered by Insete, the first academy of specialized education in tourism, with a direct connection to the labor market.
The program completes 5 years of operation and success and publishes the first Impact Report that captures, among other things, its action and contribution to the Greek society and the young people of the country.
The success of the program leads to another great collaboration! As part of the effort to accelerate the transition to the new digital era, TITAN is partnering with ReGeneration for the implementation of the ReGeneration Academy for Digital Acceleration | Data Science Lab a skills development program for young people who want to claim a place in the sought-after field of data science.
ReGeneration becomes accessible to people with disabilities and becomes a fully inclusive program that offers equal opportunities to all.
ReGeneration participates for the first time in TIF by organising multi-thematic speeches and workshops on innovation, technology and developments in the labour market.
ReGeneration gets its own platform and mobile app! Partner companies can easily and quickly browse the most dynamic database of junior talents, while candidates also have access to an easy-to-use tool, both for submitting their application and for configuring their personal profile.
With a landmark collaboration, the year ends! ReGeneration joins forces with LinkedIn Learning, the largest educational online platform and for the first time, "unlocks" thousands of educational opportunities for all ReGenerators by offering free access to more than 9,000 online courses in soft, hard and business skills.
Start of the year with a new Academy and collaboration, this time in the field of food technology. ReGeneration's collaboration with New Agriculture New Generation brings the ReGeneration Academy for Food Innovation powered by New Agriculture New Generation which is the first program forced to adapt its operation to the Covid era.
With quick reflexes, ReGeneration immediately adapts to the new conditions and challenges brought by the pandemic, and chooses not to suspend its operation, proceeding to the digital operation of its actions and successfully completing all the stages of the program that were in progress.
With Skills for Greece 2021", ReGen proceeds to the largest training partnership in its history and by utilizing the dynamics of Coursera, the globally dominant online training platform, it "unlocks" access to 3,800 online courses and 400 specializations, for tens of thousands of people, thus giving the opportunity to young people aged 18-29 even in the most remote parts of the country to attend courses and receive certification from top universities in the world.
With the belief that partnerships increase the social footprint of actions, another very large collaboration comes to the "quiver" of ReGeneration. The world's leading software, services and technology solutions company selects ReGeneration for the implementation of the DiGiYouth initiative with the aim of offering up/skilling opportunities to young graduates and training them in the most sought-after digital skills, to help them in their professional steps
From March to November 2020, and despite the two global lockdowns in the country, ReGeneration placed more than 421 talented young people in organic jobs, in 273 companies nationwide, showing growth of 30%, compared to the corresponding period of 2019.
As part of expanding its partnership with Microsoft, ReGeneration is bringing the first Academy for young women to connect hands-on tech-related project management training with jobs in sought-after tech industries!
