ReGeneration, is the largest and most multi-stakeholder employment and training program, aiming at democratizing the opportunity for post-academic training and professional development of young graduates in Greece. We are the only regional nonprofit that has a presence in both Greece and Silicon Valley, and the dynamic initiatives we roll out are by products of this innovation and knowledge share.

Founded by Global Shapers Athens Hub, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, ReGeneration, was created to boost youth employability, bridge the skills gap and fight youth unemployment and brain drain.

  • Minimum 6-month employment contract
  • Minimum salary of 900 euros per month (gross)
  • From multinational to small-sized companies and start-ups all over Greece
  • 92% of contracts are extended beyond 6 months
