Eirini-Niki is a dynamic and motivated International and European Studies graduate from the University of Piraeus, finalist of the 15th cycle of ReGeneration with hands-on experience in supporting business areas such as sales and marketing.
She is skilled in demonstrating exceptional communication, decision-making and in managing public and personal relationships.
At ReGeneration, she is part of the Project Management team. She plans the organization’s initiatives and ensures the smooth running of all stages of ReGeneration’s programs.
What’s more, she is a certified dance teacher in Latin and European dances, and she has participated in many dance competitions, winning first place. She is also a volleyball player and believes that team sports contribute to the cultivation of important values such as teamwork, cooperation and trust.
Eirini-Niki loves to travel, discover and collect beautiful memories and of course being a member of a great team, driving her to evolve personally and professionally!
Shelly was born in the summer of 1998 in Athens. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Sociology from Panteion University, a Minor degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) from Deree – The American College of Greece and soon a MPA from EUC.
She got her first contact with HR in her internship while in recent years she worked as an Employability Consultant connecting companies with socially vulnerable groups.
She has worked in the humanitarian sector for over 3 years recognizing the importance of including all people in the labor market.
Seeing the impact of ReGeneration she sought to become a member of this group to contribute to the vision and work of the organization. Through her role she becomes part of changing the lives of young people in our country for the better.
Katerina was born in Athens in 1998. She holds a Bachelor degree in Art History from the University of Sussex. She then followed the career path of Digital Marketing while doing her MSc at the same University in 2021.
She lived in Brighton for four years before moving back to Athens permanently. While finishing her MSc she was an Assistant Curator Intern at an art exhibition at the Benaki Museum in Athens. She has previously worked in customer service, as well as in Digital Marketing and Β2Β Communications.
At ReGeneration she is responsible for the digital media as well as the content creation & digital presence of the organisation.
Katerina loves adventure and sports as well as film photography. You’ll either find her skiing and hiking mountains or on a Greek island on her SUP.
Mary is responsible for coordinating new proposals that aim in securing more funds in order to achieve greater impact through the program. Having worked more than 12 years in non-profit organizations in Greece and abroad, she brings to the team extensive professional experience in fundraising and management of funded projects. In 2012-2014 as a Development Executive for WAGGGS (World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts) in Brussels, she had the opportunity to travel around Europe, setting up partnerships between youth organizations, private companies, and institutions, such as the European Youth Forum.
Mary has participated in workshops and seminars on Corporate Social Responsibility at the Athens University of Economics and Business, and on Negotiating, Leadership and Project Management at Vlerick Business School in Belgium. She was on the Volunteering Committee of the Athens 2011 Special Olympics World Summer Games, has been a member of the Executive Committee of the National Youth Council and is still an active member of the Scouts of Greece. She is passionate about the work that non-profit organizations can deliver and the impact of volunteers. Finally, she strongly feels that every single person – with intrinsic motivation – can help contribute to ‘creating a better world’.
Ο Γιώργος Ελμαλής είναι Δικηγόρος, μέλος του Δικηγορικού Συλλόγου Αθηνών και μέλος των συνεργαζόμενων δικηγορικών γραφείων EEP Legal από τον Ιούλιο του 2016.
Ο Γιώργος γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1984. Έλαβε πτυχίο Νομικής από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών, έχοντας φοιτήσει κι ένα εξάμηνο στη Νομική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου της Ουτρέχτης στην Ολλανδία. Είναι κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου νομικών σπουδών με ειδίκευση στο Ευρωπαϊκό Δίκαιο από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Leuven (KUL) στο Βέλγιο.
Από τα πρώτα του βήματα, έχοντας πρώτα συγκεντρώσει πολύτιμη εμπειρία ήδη ως ασκούμενος δικηγόρος απασχολούμενος σε δικηγορικές εταιρείες με τομέα ενασχόλησης αστικές και ποινικές υποθέσεις, συνειδητοποίησε τον προσανατολισμό του προς τον τομέα των επιχειρήσεων.
Αφού ολοκλήρωσε τις μεταπτυχιακές του σπουδές, το 2010, συνεργάστηκε με τη DPG Group of Companies ως in – house νομικός σύμβουλος. Διετέλεσε διευθύνων νομικός σύμβουλος του Ομίλου DPG και της ΚΑΕ Παναθηναϊκός για 4 χρόνια, ενώ συμμετείχε και στο Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο αρκετών εκ των Εταιρειών του Ομίλου.
Κατά την απασχόλησή του στον Όμιλο ήταν υπεύθυνος για την επίβλεψη και το συντονισμό της ομάδας των in-house νομικών συμβούλων του Ομίλου διαχειριζόμενος ευρεία γκάμα νομικών υποθέσεων σχετικές με διάφορους επιχειρηματικούς τομείς (online εκδόσεις,web development,digital marketing, αθλητισμό και ψυχαγωγία, φαρμακευτικά). Συνεργάστηκε στενά με τη Διοίκηση του Ομίλου παρέχοντας νομικές συμβουλές για τις βασικές δραστηριότητες και τα κυριότερα projects αυτού, όπως το σχεδιασμό και την εφαρμογή εταιρικών πολιτικών, ενδοομιλικές αναδιαρθρώσεις, εξαγορές εταιρειών, ανάπτυξη νέων επιχειρηματικών δραστηριοτήτων, διαπραγματεύσεις και σύναψη εμπορικών συμφωνιών, φορολογικό σχεδιασμό και πλάνα συμμόρφωσης με τις νομοθετικές επιταγές.
Ήταν ο πρώτος Έλληνας Δικηγόρος που έγινε μέλος του Sports Lawyers Association, το 2014.
Ενδιαφέρεται για την επιχειρηματικότητα κι ειδικότερα την επιχειρηματικότητα των νέων, υποστηρίζει τις πολιτισμικές αλληλεπιδράσεις και τις πρωτοβουλίες των νέων, και απολαμβάνει να ασχολείται με το σχεδιασμό νέων επιχειρηματικών δομών.
Konstantinos is the Deputy Director at ReGeneration, the largest and most multi-stakeholder up/re-skilling and employment program in the region; he is actively involved in reducing Greece’s “brain-drain”, developing youth employability, and bridging the gap between talented young graduates and companies wanting to invest in the next generation. He is passionate about ReGeneration’s mission, through which he is able to give back to society and empower young graduates, giving them the chance to stand out and shine in Greece!
In his free time, Konstantinos is involved in maximizing human potential through several other ventures. He sits on the Employment Committee at the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, is a Board Member at Bloode (a non-profit that aims to increase the number of blood donors in Greece), and is an Advisory Committee Member at Job-Pairs (a mentoring and professional development program, that matches recent graduates with business executives).
Konstantinos completed his Marketing degree from Deree – The American College of Greece, where he also received his MBA with high distinction. At Deree, he was elected President of the Student Union, and Student Representative for 3 different Academic Committees. Always in search of opportunities for personal development, he has become accredited with the Diploma in Executive Coaching & Organizational Development from IMPACT (the first course worldwide to receive Accreditation from the Association for Coaching).
Passionate about building sustainable partnerships, designing innovative initiatives, and advocating for lifelong learning, Konstantinos raises awareness and stimulates engagement through social media “dialogues” via LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. He enjoys learning from others and sharing his insight, and lives by Peter Schultz’s advice “hire character, train skills”.
Angeliki Mitropoulou is a driven Communications & Content Manager with a focus on Sustainability. Founder of the “KYMA Project – Inclusive Dance” Platform and Co-Founder of the non-profit organization “Motivo” based in Athens, Greece.
She is experienced in audience development, content creation, and public speaking, and a fierce advocate for inclusion, diversity, and enhancing belonging.
Awarded the Scaling Grant by the J.S.Latsis Public Benefit Foundation for “outstanding SocioCultural Initiative”, she is also a member of the Bosch Alumni Network and an Ashoka Changemakers alumna.
She spends her time brainstorming for new ideas, devouring geeky videos, and proudly embraces a minimalist, low waste lifestyle.
At ReGeneration, she is part of ReGeneration’s Project Management team and works her magic in communications and coordination, to ensure the program maintains sustainable growth.
Panagiotis co-founded ReGeneration, the largest education and employment impact program for young graduates in Greece, with a vision to democratize access to education and opportunity. He is currently serving as the first Director of Partnerships at the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI). He previously served as a Board Member as well as Strategy, Business Development, and Real Estate Director of Agora Trading (now “Amarla Retail”), a cross-border fashion, retail, and consumer goods operating group. Agora, until its 2016 sale to a Greek family office, was operating retail and wholesale vehicles in 15+ markets around EMEA with a staff of 500.
Panagiotis holds an LLB from Democritus University Law School, an LLM from University of Pennsylvania Law School, and an MSx from Stanford Business School, where he was granted the Rochat Fellowship. Panagiotis also sat on the Global Shapers Advisory Council on Partnerships of the World Economic Forum.
Τania studied Communication Strategies specializing in social change and Cultural Management. In recent years she has been working as a program coordinator and also as an adult trainer. He has designed two cultural routes for the city of Thessaloniki with the aim of presenting them digitally.
She loves to “store” images first in her mind and then in her camera! Music, theater and books will always be her favorite mentors.
Elpida graduated in 2020 from the Department of English Language and Literature of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and soon will be an MBA graduate from University of Piraeus.
She has worked in both Malta and Greece in a variety of sectors such as Education, Marketing and Project management.
Being one of the program’s finalists, she embraces ReGeneration’s vision and believes in equal opportunities.
At ReGeneration, she is part of the Business Development team and she is the key person between the program and its partners.
For Elpida business impact has always been important, but human impact is what fuels her every day.
She is excited about this new chapter and can’t wait to watch herself grow in this role!
She speaks Greek, English, Italian and she has a great enthusiasm for everything new.
In her free time, Elpida loves singing and traveling.
Coordinating the varied day-to-day program procedures and requirements at ReGeneration, Alexandra is responsible for ensuring that the initiative’s operations run smoothly. She serves as the link between the program’s co-founder and team members.
With several years of business administration experience in the IT sector, Alexandra recently decided to apply her skills to support a human-centered effort, bringing to ReGeneration necessary know-how. Her course was inspired by her postgraduate studies in Service Management for Executives at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Organizing a trip is her favorite pastime, especially if it involves practicing Pilates, alone, or with friends!
Born in 1992 in Farsala, Vaso studied Economics and Regional Development at Panteion University and has been at Polish Naval Academy in Poland as an Erasmus Student.
She started her career as a trainee of a consulting company in the field of Business Plans and then moved to the Accounting Department of the same company. A milestone in her career was the administrative position she held for 3 years at Coca Cola Hellas.
Having tried positions in different fields, she finally found her “call” in Management and attends training seminars on Agile methodologies.
At ReGeneration, she is a member of the Project Management team. Watching the program from the beginning, she is very excited about joining its dynamic team and that she will be able to help bridge the gap between the new graduates and the labor market.
Maryli is a graduate of the Department of Political Sciences, specializing in International Relations at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. During her six-year stay in Canada, she specialized in Canadian law and international commercial relations with certification from Vanier College. She is a Master’s Science candidate in Geopolitical Analysis from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Her passion for education began during her undergraduate studies when she worked as a primary school teacher in Greek language schools. She believes that education is a fundamental right of every human being as it defines a person’s socioeconomic identity and collective contribution. She has worked in the foreign policy sector and dealt with issues in education and technological development. Her main research interest is in upcoming technological platforms that will revolutionize education and employment placement.
She is part of the Impact Development team in ReGeneration
in charge of coordinating fundraising resources so we can offer more young people new functional training opportunities and connect them to meaningful career openings.
In her free time, she likes to travel and enjoys practising beach volley for several hours on sandy courts. She believes that playing sports makes part of a balanced life.
Anastasia is a graduate of Business Administration from the University of Piraeus, finalist of the 12th cycle of ReGeneration with professional negotiation training from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
She has three years of experience in managing educational programs at the Athens University of Economics and Business in vocational training in negotiations and soft skills training. She has been the coordinator of the Panhellenic Student Negotiation Tournament “Athens Negotiations Tournament” since the first year of its creation. Since 2014 she is an active member of the organizing team of the Panhellenic Volunteer Campaign “Let’s do it Greece”.
At ReGeneration, she belongs to the Project Management team. She plans the actions of the team and ensures the smooth running of all stages of ReGeneration programs.
Anastasia loves to work for a good cause, as a member of an incredible team, changing people’s lives for the better and contributing to creating a world as it deserves to be!
