A new thematic area is added to the successful Academies of ReGeneration, powered by Bluedot & Tactical. Responding to market demand and the needs of graduates, the Full Stack Development using .NET & Angular academy expands the educational fields of this dynamic program, developed through the collaboration of Bluedot – Tactical & ReGeneration.
The ReGeneration Academy | Full Stack Development using .NET & Angular powered by Bluedot & Tactical aims to train young men and women in the development of modern web applications, database management, and the implementation of integrated information systems. The purpose of the program is to prepare specialized professionals, offering them the necessary skills to claim positions such as Full Stack Developer, .NET Developer, Angular Developer, and Software Engineer.
This is an intensive 100-hour practical training program, during which participants will be exposed to theoretical principles and practical software development applications in .NET and Angular environments. The program includes training in cutting-edge technologies, such as ASP.NET Core Web APIs, the use of Entity Framework Core, database design in MS-SQL Server, as well as frontend development in Angular, covering traditional functional patterns, with a brief reference to the use of Signals.
The goal of the training is to prepare specialized scientists in the field of Software Development, with exposure to technologies, techniques, and tools that will make them competitive in the job market. The training focuses on understanding the full application lifecycle, from the frontend request to backend processing and the use of Queue-based messaging (RabbitMQ). These roles are extremely important for the digital transformation of businesses, with leading companies such as Bluedot & Tactical constantly investing in professionals who can support complex software architectures.

GAME BASED ASSESSMENT
Cognitive & Numerical Assessment (Psychometric Test) delivered in a gamified format.
The assessment is completed online via computer, mobile phone, or tablet and lasts approximately 35–40 minutes.
LIVE ASSESSMENT CENTER
2-on-1 Behavioral (Competency-Based) Interviews conducted by senior executives from the Greek market (HR professionals, Line Managers, and CEOs).
The interview lasts 30 minutes and takes place via Zoom.
SOFT SKILLS TRAINING

HARD SKILLS TRAINING
100 hours of intensive hybrid training
Exposure to practical software development applications in .NET and Angular environments.
The training will focus on understanding the full lifecycle of an application, from frontend requests to backend processing, including the use of queue-based messaging (RabbitMQ).
CERTIFICATE
Participants receive a certificate from the training provider upon successful completion of the program.
CΟMPANY INTERVIEWS
Upon completion of the training, the CVs and profiles of the finalists become available to the 2,000 companies within the ReGeneration network through the program’s platform.
The profile remains active in the ReGeneration database for one year, until the participant starts working or requests its deactivation for any reason.
JOB PLACEMENTS
If an agreement is reached with a company, an employment contract is signed between the candidate and the company. Otherwise, the candidate’s profile remains available on the ReGeneration platform.
The minimum guaranteed salary for all candidates is €1,000 per month, with a contract duration of at least six months.
