The ReGen Business Readiness Lab: The First 90 Days is a focused initiative by ReGeneration, supported by PREDICTA, designed to simulate the real demands of the first months in a new role.
Companies are not simply looking for graduates with knowledge.
They are looking for individuals who can operate effectively within a team, understand the business context, and take responsibility from day one.
The Business Readiness Lab is a short, structured two-week program built around realistic professional scenarios. Participants work in small groups and are challenged to navigate situations that reflect the day-to-day reality of a modern organization: collaboration, deadlines, presenting ideas, taking initiative, and demonstrating professional conduct.
The learning experience is structured around four core pillars:
Presentation & Communication Skills
Structured thinking, clear communication in meetings and presentations, professional expression of ideas, and effective delivery of information.
Project Management & Workplace Collaboration
Understanding core project management principles, organizing work effectively, collaborating within teams, and developing a strong workplace mindset.
AI Readiness
Practical use of artificial intelligence tools and understanding when and how AI can enhance productivity and support decision-making.
Leadership & Industry Insights
Familiarity with how decisions are made within organizations, what managers evaluate in practice, and the professional behaviors that build trust.
Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate, having gone through a process that brings them closer to the real conditions of today’s job market.
The first three months in a new role are critical. It is during this period that perceptions of performance, maturity, and long-term fit are formed.
