Panagiotis is a business consultant with experience in operations, strategic communications, and management of complex, multi‑stakeholder projects. His background spans public administration, EU Framework Programmes, and research & innovation ecosystems, with a strong commitment to operational excellence and measurable social impact.

He began his academic path with a bachelor’s degree in Classics and went on to serve at the Public Affairs Office of NATO HQ in Greece. His interest in public service then led him to roles within the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Education, where he strengthened his understanding of institutional governance, cross-sector collaboration, and policymaking dynamics.

Motivated by the European Union’s unique political architecture, Panagiotis pursued a Joint Master’s Degree in European Politics and Society across Charles University, Jagiellonian University, and Leiden University. He later contributed to major EU Framework Programmes—Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, and CERV—supporting initiatives that promote European cooperation, innovation, and civic engagement.

He continued his professional development at the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), supporting the Office of the Director in the coordination of high‑level strategic initiatives and pan‑European stakeholder engagement. He then moved to AMIRES S.R.O. as a Business Consultant for R&D projects, funded by the European Commission.

At ReGeneration, Panagiotis aims to enhance processes, strengthen strategic partnerships, and build impactful collaborations that advance the organisation’s mission.

Marianna  brings a strategic marketing and creativity background to ReGeneration, combining brand thinking with a strong human-centered approach.

She holds an MSc in Marketing & Creativity from ESCP Business School (London & Paris) and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, complemented by a minor in Marketing.

Her professional journey spans advertising, creative content strategy, and marketing consultancy, having worked on brand and communication projects across sectors. Through these experiences, she developed a deep understanding of how storytelling, positioning, and data-driven insights shape meaningful engagement.

Drawn to purpose-driven environments, Marianna chose to move from corporate brand-building to impact-driven communication. At ReGeneration, she leads Marketing & Communications with the aim of strengthening the organization’s positioning as Greece’s Early Talent Hub, amplifying its voice, and building long-term relationships with alumni, partners, and the wider ecosystem.

For Marianna, communication gains meaning when it is grounded in responsibility and vision. When guided by a clear purpose and authenticity, it can become a driver of progress.
